Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Communications

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 8–10 years

Work Model: Client office-based, 3 days a week

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Communicatio ns for a strategic client-embedded role based in Ahmedabad. This position will be on consultant mode and will require the selected professional to be stationed at the client’s office three days a week.

The mandate is focused on City Side Development (C SD) — large, mixed-use real estate developments built around and adjacent to airports. The role will involve shaping communication narratives around airport-led urban development, infrastructure growth, real estate, business expansion, and long-term value creation. This position requires strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management, sharp writing skills, and the ability to engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders. The role will also support business development efforts for the agency in the Ahmedabad market .

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary communications consultant embedded within the client’s organization for three days each week. Partner with senior stakeholders across the client organization to source business updates, strategic developments, leadership insights, and project milestones for external communications. Build and maintain trusted relationships with the client’s leadership team, including regular engagement with the CEO and other senior executives. Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies across media relations, thought leadership, executive profiling, reputation management, and stakeholder communication. Identify strong storytelling opportunities around City Side Development, mixed-use real estate, airport-led infrastructure, urban transformation, and business grow Translate complex business and project updates into clear, compelling, and media-relevant communication narrative. Draft, review, and support high-quality communication materials including press releases, leadership quotes, media notes, authored articles, briefing documents, FAQs, and messaging document. Provide strategic counsel to the client on media opportunities, reputation risks, external positioning, and communication priorities. Coordinate with internal agency teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of key business initiatives. Track industry developments, competitor activities, policy trends, infrastructure updates, and real estate sector movements to identify proactive communication opportunities. Support business development in the Ahmedabad market by identifying potential opportunities, cultivating relationships, and contributing to new client acquisition for the agency .

Required Exper tise

8–10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, strategic communications, or reputation management. Demonstrated experience in managing corporate reputation mandates; exposure to real estate, infrastructure, airports, urban development, or allied sectors will be highly preferred. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with CXOs, promoters, founders, and senior leadership teams. Excellent writing, storytelling, media relations, and communication skills. Ability to understand complex business developments and convert them into strong external communication narratives. Proven ability to work independently within a client environment while coordinating effectively with agency teams. Strong stakeholder management skills with the maturity to advise senior leaders and manage expectations. Experience in thought leadership, executive profiling, media strategy, and corporate reputation building. Strong commercial acumen with interest or experience in business development and client acquisition. Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, with the expectation of working from the client’s office three days a week .
