Unlike traditional solutions, Runo works at the SIM level to automatically track outbound calls and provide complete visibility into sales conversations. With an in-built CRM and powerful analytics, Runo helps sales teams monitor call activity, improve productivity, and make data-driven decisions. Our platform is used by growing businesses to streamline sales communication, increase accountability, and drive better revenue outcomes. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative Content & Video Creator who can help strengthen Runo’s social media presence through engaging, high-quality visual content. The role involves ideating, shooting, editing, and creating content for Runo’s social media channels. The person will be expected to work from the Runo office 3-4 days a week, capturing company events, employee stories, leadership content, behind-the-scenes moments, and other content opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Create engaging short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms. · Shoot and capture office events, team activities, customer interactions, leadership content, and company initiatives. · Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media videos and recurring content formats. · Edit videos, Reels, interviews, event videos, and other short-form content. · Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, and other relevant editing elements. · Repurpose existing footage and long-form content into multiple short-form assets. · Work closely with the marketing team to align content with Runo’s social media strategy and content calendar. · Proactively identify interesting moments, stories, trends, and opportunities that can be converted into social content. · Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and other visual assets. · Ensure consistency in Runo’s visual identity and overall brand communication. Required Skills: · 1-4 years of experience in content creation, video production, social media content, or a similar role. · Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video creation and editing skills · Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar. · Strong understanding of short-form video formats, especially Reels and LinkedIn videos. · Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling. · Ability to independently handle the complete process from ideation and shooting to editing. · Good communication skills and ability to work comfortably with employees and leadership. Good to Have: · Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, or startup companies. · Experience covering corporate events and creating event recap videos. · Basic photography skills. · Understanding of current social media trends and content formats. · Ability to create simple motion graphics and animations. · Experience creating content specifically for LinkedIn and B2B audiences. Engagement Details: · Freelance/monthly retainer engagement. · Expected to work from the office approximately 3-4 days per week. · Commercials will be discussed based on experience, portfolio, and expected scope of work.
