Role Description

We are looking for an AVP – SaaS Sales to take ownership of our enterprise SaaS sales function and drive aggressive revenue growth.

This is a hunter + builder role . You will be expected to personally drive high-value enterprise deals while simultaneously building the sales engine, processes and team required to scale.

The ideal candidate has strong experience selling B2B SaaS / MarTech / AdTech / Marketing Technology to brands, agencies and enterprise customers and is comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise SaaS revenue target for Viral Pitch.
• Build and execute the sales strategy across brands, agencies and enterprise clients . Personally identify, prospect and close strategic accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, events and industry relationships.
• Engage with senior decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, Procurement and Agency Leadership .
• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and position Viral Pitch's technology as a measurable business solution.
• Build enterprise account plans for strategic customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities .
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Client Success and Leadership teams to improve the product-market fit and sales proposition.
• Develop sales processes, playbooks, qualification frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Hire, coach and develop a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
• Build relationships with large agencies, holding companies, brands and technology partners.
