Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to oversee the intake, quality control, and organization of creative assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role will work closely with creative teams, Creative Workflow Managers, and project managers to ensure assets are uploaded accurately, tagged consistently, and maintained in compliance with DAM standards.

About Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Digital Asset Management (DAM) is Adobe's centralized repository for storing, organizing, and managing creative assets. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will ensure assets are complete, properly organized, accurately tagged, and easily discoverable for teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Quality Control

  • Collect and validate final creative assets from design teams.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with file naming, folder structure, and DAM standards.
  • Verify asset completeness before upload.

DAM Operations

  • Create and manage DAM upload tickets.
  • Track upload status and maintain asset records across projects.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure successful uploads and metadata accuracy.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Creative Workflow Managers and Project Managers to gather asset requirements and prioritize uploads.
  • Confirm successful uploads and support project closure.
  • Identify and escalate asset, process, or system issues that may impact delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or Project Coordination in a Marketing function.
  • Experience working with DAM platforms and workflow tools such as Workfront or Jira .
  • Strong attention to detail with knowledge of metadata, file organization, and governance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
