Onboarding of new hospitals to strengthen the network Reduction in fraudulent / suspect claims (measured as % improvement) Claims cost ratio and overall savings achieved Cashless utilization rate across the network Outstanding claims ageing and timely closure Network expansion and success rate of Mo U renewals Adoption of digital claim submission processes (%) Team productivity and engagement score
