Hiring | Sr. VP – Accounts & Finance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years PQE

Qualification: CA

Industry: Jewellery / Precious Metals

We are looking for a senior finance professional to lead the Accounts & Finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting, closing and statutory compliance.
• Oversee inventory valuation, costing and financial controls .
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and regulatory compliance .
• Handle banking, working capital, cash flow and forex management .
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, processes and automation.
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience .
• Experience in jewellery, precious metals or a related industry preferred .
• Strong understanding of inventory, costing and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and import/export compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
