New York, NYWe are seeking a senior technology leader to drive transformation initiatives across a leading financial services organization. This individual will partner with business and technology leaders to modernize processes, improve the use of data, and implement automation and emerging technologies across key corporate functions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technology and data strategies aligned with broader business prioritiesPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and decision-makingTranslate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutionsLead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoptionDrive process standardization and automation across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other corporate functionsImprove how data is captured, organized, analyzed, and leveraged across the organizationDevelop dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks that turn data into actionable insightsEvaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation toolsDrive adoption of new platforms and processes across business teamsQualifications10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, management consulting, or a related fieldFinancial services experience strongly preferredProven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology or transformation initiativesExperience partnering with corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations xzbcwsv Strong understanding of data platforms, automation, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise technologyExposure to AI and emerging technologies strongly preferredAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutionsThis is a high-impact opportunity for someone looking to lead technology-enabled transformation within a sophisticated, growing financial services organization.
