LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced IP Legal Billing Analyst to join their team.

This position is hybrid – 3 days in office.
Responsibilities:Finalizing and tracking invoicesManaging the e-billing setup and processProviding billing support to the legal team with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyProcessing proformasRunning reportsCommunicating status updatesHandling billing for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution matters
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or a related field5+ years of legal billing experience including 2+ years of IP billingExperience with Elite Enterprise or 3EExcellent communication and financial analysis skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, generous PTO, and other benefits.
