We’re Hiring: MSP Program Specialist – Delivery & Operations

Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Gurgaon

Experience: 4–6 Years | Full-Time

⏳ Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred

Looking for a dynamic professional with experience in MSP operations and recruitment delivery to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery

• Coordinate with vendors & internal teams

• Track hiring pipeline, onboarding & resource lifecycle

• Ensure SLA adherence & compliance (BGV, documentation)

• Maintain dashboards, reports & vendor performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years in MSP / staffing / recruitment operations

• Strong vendor management & coordination skills

• Experience with resource tracking, BGV & reporting

• Good hands-on experience with MS Excel

• VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline are a plus
