Key Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of Environmental law/OSHA/MSHA/Workplace safety/Environmental disputes/CERCLA/Clean air act/Clean water act matters.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Washington DC.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is $270,000 - $400,000 annually, with an additional handsome bonus and a spectacular benefits package. xzbcwsv Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
