Role Description The Accountant at Ordinaree will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate ledgers, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with management to monitor costs, optimize cash flow, and support financial decision-making related to production, sourcing, and operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with external auditors or consultants as needed and helping improve financial processes and controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support management decisions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant taxation rules, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in retail, fashion, or manufacturing environments and an interest in sustainability will be preferred.
