Job Title: Network Support Engineer (NOC)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Key Skills:

• CCNA Certified (Mandatory)
• TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, Subnetting
• VLAN, NAT, DHCP, DNS
• Layer 2/Layer 3 Switching & Routing
• OSPF, Basic BGP
• Cisco/Huawei/Juniper/MikroTik
• Linux Basics (SSH, Network Commands)
• Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute
• Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Resolve L2/L3 network issues and ensure network availability.
• Perform network monitoring, maintenance, firmware upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for deployments and support.
• Prepare technical documentation and RCA reports.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related field.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts and travel when required.
