Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate - Architecture to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects , with sound knowledge of architectural design development, documentation, and project coordination.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing architectural deliverables across various stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design development for large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects .
• Review and develop architectural drawings, details, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure design development and project deliverables meet required quality and timelines.
• Review working drawings and coordinate design-related issues during project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Participate in client and consultant coordination meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural design software .
• Working knowledge of BIM processes and coordination will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects .
• Good understanding of architectural documentation and detailing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage project deliverables and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
