Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.
You don’t need international tax experience to work with international clients.
If you’ve spent the last 2 to 3 years building your tax and accounting experience, this could be a chance to put it to use while learning something new.
I’m working with the Founder of a growing firm in downtown Chicago. He’s looking for someone with a good grounding in general tax who wants to work closely with clients and develop their accounting skills too.
The international side? He can teach you that.
The firm helps international businesses establish and grow their US operations, with many clients coming from France. They include businesses across tech, AI and biotech, so you’ll get to know clients who are building something themselves.
You’ll get involved in tax preparation and accounting work, helping clients with their US requirements and the questions that come up along the way.
As you learn, you’ll gain exposure to the tax requirements for foreign owned US businesses, including corporate returns, international reporting and multi state compliance. You don’t need to arrive knowing all the forms.
Why join a smaller firm at this stage of your career?
You’ll work directly with the Founder, with the opportunity to ask questions, understand the thinking behind the work and see how your part fits into the client’s wider business. You’ll also have a voice in how things are done. As the firm grows, there’s room to take on more responsibility and eventually help support junior colleagues.
For now, the focus is on building your technical knowledge, confidence and client relationships. xzbcwsv
