Treasury Operations Specialist

We are partnering with an established, privately held organization in Chicago to identify a Treasury & Cash Management Specialist to join its finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented treasury or accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of daily cash management activities, managing banking relationships, and ensuring payments are executed accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute domestic and international wire transfers and ACH payments.Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash transaction reporting.Manage banking relationships, banking portals, and account administration.Support cash accounting, cash receipts, reconciliations, and payment processing.Assist with short- and long-term cash forecasting.Coordinate payments related to payroll, taxes, corporate expenses, and other business activities.Partner with internal teams and banking contacts to resolve outstanding requests.Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.Ideal CandidateExperience in treasury operations, cash management, or accounting with significant banking and payment responsibilities.Hands-on experience processing wires, ACH payments, and managing daily cash activity.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to follow through.Experience communicating with banking partners and administering banking platforms.Advanced Excel proficiency; NetSuite experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. xzbcwsv A collaborative, accountable professional who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations.
