This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and handling export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and timely shipment processing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process ocean export documentation Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export regulations and international trade lawsCoordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas xzbcwsv agents to ensure accurate and timely documentationTrack shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients and internal teamsMaintain organized and accurate shipment records in company systemsProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries
