This is a full-time, on-site Principal role based in Gurugram. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with the school’s values and curriculum. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to the academic and administrative teams, implementing effective teaching strategies, fostering a positive school culture, managing faculty development programs, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment for children. The Principal will also collaborate with parents, staff, and community members to promote the institution's mission and drive continuous improvement in all areas.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor staff effectively
• Expertise in curriculum design, child development, and early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with parents, teachers, and students
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations of the institution
• Proficiency in the integration of modern teaching methodologies with traditional values
• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in early childhood education
• Passion for fostering a positive and nurturing environment for young
