Power Washing Technician / Exterior Cleaning Professional Rolling Suds of El Paso is looking for a reliable, motivated Power Washing Technician to join our growing team. No pressure washing experience is required — we will train the right person. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects throughout El Paso. You will work alongside a Lead Technician to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard. Important Schedule Information This position is starting as a variable part-time role while our workload continues to grow. Applicants need to be comfortable with a schedule that can change significantly from week to week. Some weeks may have approximately 8 hours of work, while busier weeks may have 20–30 hours or more. Hours are based on booked customer work and are not guaranteed at a fixed weekly amount during the ramp-up period. This is a strong fit for someone who:

• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Follow proper pressure washing, soft washing, rinsing, and exterior cleaning procedures
• Assist with setup and breakdown of hoses, equipment, tools, and materials
• Clean exterior surfaces including sidewalks, building exteriors, breezeways, parking areas, dumpster pads, roofs, and other surfaces
• Follow job checklists and company cleaning procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude around customers, tenants, property managers, and team members
• Help keep company tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized
• Perform general labor as needed to complete each project properly

• No pressure washing experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in El Paso heat and changing weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around residential and commercial properties
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, coachable, and willing to learn
• Pressure washing, landscaping, maintenance, construction, roofing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required

• Monday through Friday
• Variable part-time hours during the initial growth period
• Approximately 8–30+ hours depending on booked workload
• Some weeks may be lighter than others
• Optional weekend work may occasionally be available
• Additional and more consistent hours expected as the company grows
