Job Overview Contributes to the development of organizational strategy, and supports the implementation of operational plans in manufacturing engineering function. Job Requirements Managing professional employees and supervising large and complex product teams. Providing technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers. Adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Providing strategic leadership to foster growth of the business. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
