Our firm serves as outside general counsel to a broad range of businesses, advising clients on real-world legal and business challenges. Our practice includes corporate counsel, business transactions, commercial litigation, employment law, and commercial real estate. The successful candidate will gain meaningful experience counseling businesses, handling sophisticated commercial and employer-side litigation in both state and federal courts, and working directly with clients on matters that have a real impact on their businesses.
We are seeking an attorney with 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical, communication, research, and writing skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to outstanding client service. An Illinois law license is required.
