1099 Medical Sales Representative We are partnering with an established medical distribution company seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory covering Colorado.This is an entrepreneurial, field-based opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and having significant autonomy over their territory.The company has been established in the market for more than 14 years and represents a portfolio of leading manufacturers across medical disposables and capital equipment.

What You'll DoManage and grow an established healthcare sales territoryDevelop new business while expanding existing customer relationshipsBuild relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makersConduct product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and in-service trainingIdentify and pursue opportunities across disposable medical products and capital equipmentDevelop and execute territory growth strategiesMaintain an active sales pipeline and CRM recordsManage proposals, quotations, follow-up, and customer communicationsRepresent the company and its manufacturing partners with professionalism and integrityTravel throughout the four-state territory, including approximately 25% overnight travel
What We're Looking For2+ years of successful sales experienceHealthcare, medical device, capital equipment, or B2B field sales experience strongly preferredExperience selling into hospitals or healthcare provider environments is highly valuedDemonstrated success with prospecting, territory development, and relationship managementStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsSelf-directed, organized, entrepreneurial, and results-orientedComfortable managing an independent territory and building business from the ground upCRM and pipeline management experience preferredBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferredMust be based in Colorado Experience in a commission-based or 1099 environment is a plus
