This hospital maintains an active operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery. The facility operates under a physician supervision model with 75% hands-on MD involvement and accommodates a surgical case mix across multiple service lines. Anesthesiologist coverage is sought beginning December 1 on an ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model with 75% hands-on MD involvement during day shifts within an operating room setting, working 3x12 or 4x10 shifts. Call coverage is required; physicians take both first and second call, with second call rarely resulting in a physical callback, at a call ratio of 1:8. Weekday and weekend call are compensated separately through a flat rate structure. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians considered for this role, and all clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system.
