About the role

We're a fast-growing home-essentials and kitchenware brand selling on Amazon. We're hiring a detail-oriented executive to own our product reviews — keeping our ratings healthy, our customers heard, and our listings compliant with Amazon policy.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer reviews daily across all our ASINs
• Respond professionally to reviews and buyer feedback
• Flag and report policy-violating, fake, or abusive reviews to Amazon
• Use Amazon's official "Request a Review" tool to grow genuine reviews
• Track review trends and report recurring product complaints to the team
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve issues behind negative reviews

You should have

• 1–3 years in Amazon Seller Central, e-commerce, or customer support
• Strong written English (and Hindi/Gujarati a plus)
• Familiarity with Amazon's review and communication policies
• Attention to detail and a calm, customer-first attitude
