Skillset : SAP Service Delivery Manager Experience : 15 - 25 Years Job Location : Bangalore Job Description : Role Summary SAP SDM responsible for end‑to‑end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements) across customer accounts. The role acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams , ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement . Key Skills & Competencies Functional & Technical Strong SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC) Understanding of: SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.) SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP) Knowledge of AMS and support models Service Management ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) SLA/KPI governance and reporting Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools Leadership & Soft Skills Stakeholder management & CXO engagement Strong communication & presentation skills Decision-making and problem solving Team leadership across global delivery models Experience & Qualification 15 - 25 years overall experience Minimum 5 years in SAP SDM / Delivery Manager role Proven experience in: SAP AMS & project delivery Multi-client / multi-geography engagements Preferred: PMP / ITIL Certification SAP certifications Regards, Bala
