Ltd., a fast-growing tech-fashion startup transforming made-to-order women’s fashion through digital manufacturing and a zero-waste approach. Location: B-60, Sector 65, Noida Position: Designer-cum-Merchandiser (Fresher) Compensation • ₹15,000/month during the first 3 months (Training Period) • Up to ₹20,000/month after successful completion of training, based on performance Eligibility ✔ Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Fashion Design, or Textile Technology ✔ Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge ✔ Passion for apparel development and willingness to learn ️ Preferred Skills • Basic knowledge of Tech Pack creation • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW & Photoshop • Understanding of garment construction, pattern making & sampling • Good communication and coordination skills What You'll Work On • Prepare Tech Packs from buyer references • Coordinate with sampling, pattern & production teams • Track TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines • Assist with fabric and trims sourcing • Maintain merchandising and sampling documentation • Coordinate sample dispatches and follow-ups • Learn the complete product development process from concept to sample Why Join Us?
