Textile Design Lead

We're Hiring | Textile Design Lead Location: Patparganj, East Delhi (No Relocation – Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred) Experience: 5–8 Years CTC: ₹12–15 LPA We're looking for a passionate Textile Design Lead to join a leading Luxury Fashion Brand . Key Responsibilities: ✨ Lead textile research, development, and material innovation. ✨ Develop woven fabrics, surface techniques, and textile concepts. ✨ Collaborate with mills, weavers, dyeing units, and artisan clusters. ✨ Manage textile sampling, approvals, archives, and vendor relationships. ✨ Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure quality and timely execution. ✨ Drive fabric development from concept to production while maintaining the brand's aesthetic. Ideal Candidate: ✔ 5–8 years of experience in Textile Design & Development. ✔ Strong expertise in weaving, fabric construction, yarns, textile development, and surface techniques. ✔ Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands, textile-led organizations, or artisan-focused businesses. ✔ Deep understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, natural fibres, and craft processes. ✔ NID preferred; candidates from NIFT (Textiles), MSU Baroda, or Srishti are also welcome. ✔ Candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. No relocation will be considered.
