With approximately 1,500 luxury multifamily units currently operating and more than 1,300 additional units under construction, the firm is entering a significant growth phase and investing heavily in the expansion of its in-house multifamily operating platform across Northern New Jersey.

Your new roleReporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Multifamily Property Management will lead the transition of the company’s multifamily portfolio from a third-party management model to a fully integrated, in-house operating platform.
You will oversee an existing portfolio of approximately 1,500 luxury rental units across Northern New Jersey, while supporting the operational planning, delivery, lease-up, and stabilization of more than 1,300 additional units currently under construction. This individual will be responsible for building the organizational structure, recruiting and developing the property management team, implementing scalable policies and reporting standards, and leading the transition to Yardi.
Working closely with development, asset management, finance, and leasing, you will establish the systems, processes, and culture needed to support the current portfolio and its continued growth. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for the Head of Multifamily Property Management role, candidates will possess the following:
10+ years of progressive multifamily property management experienceSenior leadership experience overseeing a sizable luxury rental portfolioProven success building, insourcing, or significantly transforming a multifamily operating platformExperience establishing organizational structures and recruiting, leading, and developing corporate and site-level teamsStrong knowledge of budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, expense controls, and NOI growth initiativesExperience with new development, property openings, lease-up, and stabilizationStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work from a Northern New Jersey office and travel to properties across the region as needed
