Location: 4 days/week - Clayton, NC; 1 week at our main location in Wake Forest, NC

Flexible Schedule : 8 or 10 hr. shifts; No on call or weekend requirements!

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our established Dermatology and Mohs Surgery practice serving Clayton and Wake Forest, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled provider who is passionate about medical dermatology, skin cancer detection, and delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions.

• Diagnose and manage common dermatologic disorders

• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, and other office-based procedures (based on experience and training)

• Perform skin examinations and assess suspicious lesions.

• Provide ongoing care for patients with a history of skin cancer.

• Educate patients on skin cancer prevention, treatment options, and follow-up care.

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

• Collaborate with dermatologists and Mohs surgeons to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications We Are Looking for:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner; licensure in NC preferred but will consider out of state licensure.

• Minimum of 1-year previous dermatology experience in an NP role.

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.

• Willingness to work 1 day/week at the Wake Forest location.
