Job Description

YOUSAF TYRES is a Lahore-based tyre importing and sales company serving automotive customers across Pakistan. We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized business records supporting inventory, purchasing, sales, and daily office operations.

The successful candidate will work with invoices, stock information, supplier details, customer records, and sales documentation while coordinating with relevant internal teams.

• Enter and update product, tyre, supplier, customer, purchase, and sales data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Verify source documents for completeness, accuracy, quantities, pricing, and reference numbers.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for invoices, stock movements, delivery documents, and related files.
• Assist with inventory data reconciliation and report discrepancies to the responsible team member.
• Prepare routine data summaries and maintain consistent file naming, formatting, and record-keeping standards.
• Handle confidential business information responsibly and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Job Specification

• Accurate and efficient keyboarding with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Ability to enter information from invoices, stock documents, and sales records with care.
• Strong record organization, document verification, and file management skills.
• Ability to identify duplicate, missing, or inconsistent information and seek clarification.
• Basic understanding of inventory, purchasing, or sales records is beneficial.
• Reliable time management, confidentiality, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced automotive trading environment.
