Senior Accountant – UK FCA Regulatory Reporting (IFPR/MIFIDPRU)
Mumbai | Up to ₹26.24 LPA | Global Financial Services Firm
I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation for a highly specialised Senior Accountant position based in Mumbai.
This is NOT a traditional fund accounting or financial reporting role.
The successful candidate will become the understudy to a Senior Regulatory Accountant and must be capable of taking ownership of UK FCA prudential regulatory reporting.
To be considered, you MUST have hands-on experience preparing UK FCA regulatory returns, including:
FSA029 – Balance Sheet FSA030 – Profit & Loss MIF001 – Own Funds Requirements MIF002 – Liquid Assets Threshold Requirements MIF003 – Size & Complexity Reporting MIF004 – Concentration RiskYou should also have experience of:
UK FCA Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR) MIFIDPRU regulatory reporting Financial controllership Month-end and year-end close Financial reporting Balance sheet reconciliations Working within a regulated financial services environmentThis role is likely to suit professionals currently working within:

Fund Accounting NAV Calculations Private Equity Accounting Hedge Fund Administration General Ledger / R2 R only Tax Audit Accounts Payable / Receivable Indian regulatory reporting only (RBI, GST, etc.) without UK FCA prudential reportingThis requirement is essential, and applications without direct UK FCA IFPR/MIFIDPRU experience will unfortunately not be progressed.
