About the Role

We are hiring a School Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding, training, implementation, and support for the Zene English AI Program in schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program implementation in partner schools.
• Conduct teacher onboarding and training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful program adoption.
• Build strong relationships with school stakeholders.
• Track usage, gather feedback, and resolve implementation issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and support.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, education, publishing, customer success, or implementation.
• Strong communication, training, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for school visits and training programs.
