ADSVISION DIGITAL is hiring a Business Development Executive for the night shift . In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, generate leads, handle objections, and engage potential clients. This position is a good fit for someone who is target-driven, professional, and ready to grow in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads
• Communicate with potential international clients
• Handle objections and keep conversations professional
• Engage prospects and explain services clearly
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication
• Share client feedback and campaign updates with the team

What You’ll Need

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a calling agent
• Experience in international campaigns is required
• Ability to handle objections confidently
• Good listening and conversation skills
• Professional attitude and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing campaigns is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Experience with outbound calling or lead generation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
