At Between Latitudes, we specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind, luxury travel experiences that are as thoughtfully curated as they are unforgettable. We’re looking for a Travel Design Specialist who thrives on research, loves diving into the details, and has a knack for turning information into meticulously planned itineraries that take clients beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research : Dive deep into destinations, uncovering hidden gems, local hotspots, and off-the-beaten-path experiences that clients would never find on their own.
• Meticulous Trip Planning : Design comprehensive, personalized itineraries based on in-depth research, ensuring every day is perfectly planned—from seamless logistics to enriching cultural experiences.
• Vendor & Partner Sourcing : Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour guides, transportation services, and other vendors to ensure our clients always receive top-tier experiences.
• Costing and Budget Optimization : Create budgets for each holidays, balance luxury with cost-efficiency by identifying the best deals, hidden perks, and value-adds without compromising on quality.
• Problem-Solving : Conduct thorough pre-travel research to anticipate and prevent potential challenges (from transportation issues to visa requirements), ensuring smooth, stress-free travel.
• Data Collection & Reporting : Gather and analyse feedback from clients and partners to continuously refine travel offerings and ensure future trips are even better.

What You’ll Bring:

• A love for travel, adventure, and the occasional dive into the unknown.
• Proven experience as a travel consultant/planner in specific types of travel, such as adventurous, luxury (Wanderlust is a must, rest all we can teach you!)
• Proficiency in research, writing and presentation.
• Ability to juggle multiple trips at once without breaking a sweat.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi and any other language (local and/or international).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Expertise in specific types of travel, such as adventurous, luxury, or corporate travel.
• A positive attitude, even when there are flight delays or lost luggage.
