Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily books, journals, ledgers, and financial records.
• Invoicing: Issue sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform account reconciliations.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist with timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• AR/AP Management: Track receivables/payables and follow up on pending settlements.
• Audits & Documentation: Assist in preparing audit data and organize supporting vouchers/records.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing for accurate financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / BAF or equivalent)
• 0–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome!)
• Mandatory: Fluency in written and spoken English
• Hands-on proficiency with Tally ERP and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
