Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Quotation, PI, SO and Picklist and coordinate order processing.
• Maintain sales, booking, customer and MIS reports .
• Tele calling to customer and Distributor
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Service and Marketing teams.
• Follow up on orders, dispatches, payments and pending matters .
• Handle customer/distributor communication and sales-related queries.
• Coordinate Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Damage and DCR-related activities .
• Maintain CRM, master data and other sales records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and support sales meetings.
• Assist the Sales Team with documentation and other administrative requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Any Graduate preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office .
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in the solar, electrical, inverter or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales teams
• Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary

Language: Additional Language will be added Advantage (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Kanad)

Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience
• Freshers / Experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
