About the Role: SpearPointBD is engaging a Business Development Representative on a full-time contract basis to generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings for leading cyber-security vendors through structured outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity for a US-based sales professional to build a specialized career in cyber-security sales while working with fast-growing security companies. What You'll Do Run outbound campaigns to engage senior cyber-security decision-makers across the US market Deliver strong discovery conversations and book qualified client meetings Represent SpearPointBD professionally in all prospect interactions Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting reports Own accounts and campaigns to consistently deliver results Performance Expectations: Contracted 8 client-accepted qualified sales engagements per month High-activity environment with a strong focus on calling, conversations, and conversions Continuous improvement in sales skills, cyber-security knowledge and qualification quality What We're Looking For: Confident communicator with outbound sales or contractor BDR experience Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven role Highly organized and process-driven Competitive, proactive, and resilient mindset Based on the US East Coast, ideally in or near New Jersey, with availability to align with UK/European team hours as needed Join a fast-growing specialist BD consultancy working with some of the most exciting companies in cyber-security.
