Human Resources Information System Specialist

HRIS Associate New York, NY | Hybrid ScheduleA leading investment firm is seeking an HRIS Associate to support and optimize Workday HCM while partnering closely with HR, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams. ResponsibilitiesManage and support Workday HCM, including business processes, reporting, security, integrations, and data audits.Develop reports and dashboards to support HR and business leaders.Assist with benefits administration, performance management, system enhancements, and HR projects.Troubleshoot system and integration issues while driving process improvements and efficiencies.Provide training and support to HR users and stakeholders.
Qualifications5-10 years of HRIS experience with strong Workday HCM expertise.Experience with Workday business processes, reporting, security, integrations, and EIBs.Strong understanding of HR operations and data management.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Greenhouse Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. xzbcwsv Highlights: Hybrid schedule, exceptional culture, collaborative team environment, and excellent work-life balance.
