Senior Product Manager Activation & Fulfillment (Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited)

ob Purpose:

• Manage activation workflow post account creation.
• Coordinating with stakeholders such as Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and reduce TAT
• Improve the customer experience in account opening and activation

Key Result Areas:

• Own the end to end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding
• Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc.
• Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)
• Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
• Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs
• Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Marketing or related field with 8+ years experience
• Experience in in banking / financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation etc.
