Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

LHH is working with a client is who is adding to their team a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to help drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments. This role will be instrumental in strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting audits, identifying process gaps, managing non-conformances, and helping frontline teams take ownership of quality.What we’re looking for:Engineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundExperience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvementKnowledge or experience working within an ISO 9001 quality environment preferredOilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to coach and gain buy-in from frontline teamsAbility to travel 25%–75%If you’re passionate about building a strong quality culture and want a boots-on-the-ground role where you can make an impact, Apply.
