Production Supervisor - Metal Forming

High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; roll forming or metal forming strongly preferred Working knowledge of roll forming setups and changeovers Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane Strong communication and leadership skills Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with process documentation Dependability and reliability Physical ability to work in an active production environment and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
