Salary: Approx. ₹90,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the real estate sales function and drive overall revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Manage Sales Managers and sales teams across assigned markets. Drive customer acquisition, site visits, negotiations and high-value deal closures. Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, conversion ratios and revenue performance. Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and key stakeholders. Mentor sales leaders and build a strong, performance-driven sales culture. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and strategic recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile:

10+ years of sales experience with a strong background in Real Estate Sales. Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams. Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer acquisition. Excellent leadership, negotiation and high-ticket closing capabilities. Strong business orientation with a consistent record of achieving revenue targets. What We're Looking For
