Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, service-driven experiences for customers in store and through remote outreach.Build and maintain a strong client base by developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones.Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling, product recommendations, and cross-selling.Use customer insights to provide relevant follow-up, tailored recommendations, and a seamless shopping experience.Maintain strong knowledge of products, current trends, and competitive offerings.Support daily store operations, including inventory, point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, and visual standards.Follow all company policies and procedures, with attention to accuracy, professionalism, and loss prevention.Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive, high-energy, customer-first environment.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales environment.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build strong customer relationships.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.Professional judgment, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. xzbcwsv Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
