Yango Group is seeking a Head of Operations to own operations across Pakistan as part of Yango Fintech. You will drive new initiatives from design to scale, own the P&L, build the ops structure, and ensure smooth payment and collections processes.

You will lead a data-driven, high-accountability team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and scale ecosystems across payments, wallets, and consumer finance aligned with Pakistan's regulatory environment.
