International Sales & Back Office Specialist | Remote - India

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our international sales and back-office activities.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in India .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer inquiries and orders
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and commercial documentation
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and open tasks
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics
• Support international shipping and documentation
• Maintain customer, product, and order data
• Communicate with international customers and suppliers
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all activities

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills – this is essential for the role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Very good written and spoken English
• German language skills are a plus
• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style
• Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of responsibilities

Location: Remote – India

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA , depending on experience and qualifications
