Overview

• Design at CLAMP Studio is an international effort, and as part of this diverse team, you will be working with colleagues in ITALY and India to create evocative and meaningful experiences. 

Key responsibilities

• As an Industrial Designer, you will be influential in all stages of the development of new product (motorcycles, special veichles, appliances, etc…), from research and concept creation in 2D through to 3D surface development and supporting the Engineering team into production.

• You will be expected to come up with creative solutions whilst adhering to brand strategy of our clients, packaging, ergonomic and timing constraints. You will be able to communicate proposals visually through sketches & 3D models and collaborate with other teams to ensure your design intent is followed through in the project production.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Transportation or Industrial Design

• Preferably at least 1 to 5 years’ experience in a production (Automotive, Motorcycle, Agriculture, Special Vehicles…) OEM or Independent Studio working with OEMs.

• Strong sketching/ rendering skills, proficient in Photoshop.

• 3D Polygonal modelling in BLENDER or Autodesk Alias SUB-D

• 3D modelling skills in Alias.

• Working knowledge of rendering software (Keyshot, VRED)

• Excellent team working ethic and an enthusiasm for cross-cultural experiences
