Refrigeration Engineer

An engineering firm is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer with experience in Revit and working with large commercial entities like Walmart .

This position will support the development of mechanical systems and construction documents for a variety of commercial projects, including retail, cold storage, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and/or refrigeration systems
• Produce high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with project teams using Autodesk Revit
• Work directly with clients to understand project requirements
• Participate in on-site meetings, field investigations, and data collection
• Support projects from design through construction
• Travel occasionally within the U.S. as project needs require

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• At least 3 years of related mechanical engineering/design experience
• Experience with Autodesk Revit
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment

Refrigeration Experience

Experience designing rack refrigeration systems for grocery and retail environments is required.
