Key Responsibilities

● Write high-conversion Hindi copy across formats: print, outdoor, digital, and CRM (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)

● Craft sharp headlines, hooks, and CTAs that grab attention in seconds

● Translate campaign ideas into culturally relevant Hindi—not literal translations

● Adapt tone seamlessly: witty, emotional, direct, or salesy—depending on the brief

● Collaborate with designers and marketers to ship campaigns fast

● Continuously iterate based on performance data and feedback

● Maintain a strong, consistent Hindi brand voice across touchpoints

● Bring ideas to the table—not just execution

Requirements

● You think in Hindi and write naturally across formats (pure Hindi + Hinglish)

● Proven experience writing across formats—newspaper ads, billboards, digital and short-form

● Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform copy decisions

● Strong instinct for what works in mass + digital communication

● Ability to simplify, punch up, and make copy memorable

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

● Obsessive about clarity, brevity, and impactGood to Have

● Experience in a high-growth startup

● Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven copy

● Exposure to WhatsApp or vernacular-first communication
