Quality Control Inspector

We’re partnering with a local manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Inspector II / III. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys precision inspection, CMM programming, and working closely with production and engineering to solve quality issues.

What you’ll doPerform receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections.Program and operate CMMs to verify complex parts.Read engineering drawings and apply GD&T and tolerance requirements.Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other measurement tools.Document inspection results and nonconformances, and support corrective actions.Help maintain calibration records and quality documentation.What we’re looking for3–5 years of mechanical inspection experience in a precision machining or molding environment.Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, including tolerance interpretation.Hands-on experience operating and programming Zeiss CMMs.Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.High school diploma or equivalent.
CMM Manager experience and ASQ or Six Sigma certifications are a plus. xzbcwsv
