Location: 2x onsite (Wed/Thur) 1 Park Avenue, New York, Ny 10016

Working Hours: 9am-5pm

Salary: $130-$150k

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager for a top enterprise client. This candidate will serve as a strategic leader at the intersection of procurement operations, technology, and innovation. They will oversee procurement systems initiatives, drive the expansion of agentic AI capabilities, and lead key transformation efforts, including the migration from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based ERP platform. The ideal candidate will partner closely with procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements, system enhancements, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Day-to-Day:

• Lead expansion, adoption, and optimization of agentic AI capabilities across procurement operations
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business stakeholders
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and user support for AI tools
• Drive AI adoption through training, documentation, and change management efforts
• Manage procurement-related PeopleSoft enhancements and system improvements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design, test, and implement enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and adherence to procurement controls
• Serve as procurement lead for ERP migration from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based platform
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state workflow design
• Support system configuration, UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and documentation
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure system effectiveness
• Lead and develop a specialized team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in procurement operations, procurement systems, or related roles
• Strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process experience (order placed, PO)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience leading system implementations and/or major system enhancements
• Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Plusses:

• Experience supporting or leading ERP cloud migrations
• Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms
• Familiarity with agentic AI solutions or intelligent automation
• Procurement and supply chain process expertise, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
• Change management experience during large-scale system transformations
• Prior people leadership or team management experience

$130,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
