Sales Operations Analyst

b Overview /b p In this role you will support the EMEA APAC sales teams within the Revenue Operations function. You will design and maintain Tableau dashboards, provide data-driven insights, and support forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market effectiveness. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Services to improve sales performance and customer experience. The role offers exposure to global teams and strategic initiatives, with a strong emphasis on analytics and data storytelling. This is a hands-on position for someone who shapes sales strategy through actionable intelligence. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid work model /li li medical, dental, vision /li li bonus scheme /li li SS C stock allocation /li li SS C University / education opportunities /li li paid holidays and parental leave /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for forecasting, performance tracking, pipeline analysis, and territory planning /li li Serve as Tableau SME within the Global Sales Operations team and mentor others on visualization best practices /li li Analyze business needs and provide data-driven recommendations to sales, marketing, and other functions /li li Lead sales intelligence through reports and data analytics in Salesforce, Tableau, and related systems /li li Own and execute sales reporting, territory management, lead management, and ensure accuracy of performance and commission reporting /li li Manage interfaces between systems for sales reporting, compensation, data processing, and CRM data /li li Maintain customer/partner master data, including account attributes and CRM hierarchy /li li Develop sales forecasts and data analysis projects; provide training on sales support systems /li li Document processes and participate in corporate sales/marketing discussions; prepare data for systems implementation /li li Collaborate across GTM operations; interface with Customer Success, Services and other divisions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience /li li Strong analytical background and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies /li li Excellent communication and project management skills /li li Experience turning complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders /li /ul ul li analytical mindset /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li effective communication /li li Tableau /li li Salesforce.com /li li Excel (including Power Query, Macro, VBA considered a plus) /li /ul
